Jim was appointed as CEO in July of 2006. He is the 2006 President of the Southern Colorado Chapter of CAI and the LAC delegate. Before joining Management Advantage in 2003, Jim was an active member of the Washington Metro CAI chapter. He was a VP/ Division Director for CMC in Fairfax, Virginia. Jim has been in the association management field over 20 years.

Frank LoBosco joined Management Advantage in July of 2002 as Accountant. Frank received his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting in 1982 and Master of Science degree in taxation in 1987 from Colorado State University where he was selected as outstanding tax student of the year. He passed the CPA exam in 1985.

Frank has a broad range of accounting experience including: Tax Senior- Touche Ross & Company, Denver; Accounting Manager- Educational Development Corporation, Denver; Controller- Polar Tank Trailer, St. Cloud, MN; Professor of Graduate Accounting Program- Keller University, Colorado Springs.

His position as CFO also affords him the opportunity to pursue his passion of teaching accounting to college students as well as association treasurers.

Susan began her career with homeowners associations in 1984 as an administrative assistant to several managers including Beth Jones.

Susan joined Beth’s company in 1990 and Beth mentored Susan to become an Association Manager. Susan completed the program offered by the Community Associations Institute and passed the case study. She earned the designation of Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) in May of 1995. Susan has held the position of Vice President and Secretary on the CAI-Southern Colorado Chapter Board of Directors and chairs the Managers’ Roundtable. Susan has also taught the CAI-ABC class. She manages a portfolio of condominium and townhome associations. When Management Advantage became an Associa Member Company in 2005, Susan was appointed Vice President of Training and Resources.
